Heritage Care CNA Training was founded by a healthcare leader whose journey began with a strong educational foundation in Human Resources Management and Change Leadership. Although trained for corporate leadership, she chose to enter long-term care and nursing home services because of her passion to serve people at their most vulnerable moments.

Starting as a caregiver, she advanced through leadership roles to become an Executive Director of Operations, gaining deep insight into patient care, staff development, compliance, and healthcare systems. Her mission is to transfer this real-life experience, leadership wisdom, and compassion to the next generation of CNAs—equipping them not just to work, but to serve with purpose and excellence.
